Just took first lexapro pill

Am starting at 10 mg.I am going to be going to the island maybe
tomorrow but I will keep a daily log.The doctor said I may not need
the tryptophan with Lexapro but to see how I’m sleeping.

    Good luck! BTW where do you get tryptophan? Ive only seen it at a
    couple places and its expensive. Are you takeing the real stuff or
    the5HTP kind? Thanks ! -Steeve
