When I started C It was increased gradually,but I don’t think I am
going to need any higher than 10mg of Lexapro,so I guess that’s the
intended dose .
10mg of L is equal to about 40mg of C and thats how much C I was
taking .
From what I have found out , C to L is the only switch in SSRI’s that
does not need to be done gradually.That’s because it is basically the
same drug,just refined,so it is stronger and not so much needed .
(they say it alot more technically)eg. removing isomers etc.

My memory and consentration are better on lex.I find a huge
improvement with depression and anxiety both.However , because I am
on other meds it is hard to say the improvement is solely from the
Lex .
I’ve been told to start taking double my gabapentin dose Neurontin)
for nerve pain .600mg 3x daily.I recently found out that neurontin .
(which is actually an anticonvulsant) is also used as a mood
stablizer .
I can say without a doubt though ,that the Sexual SE’s are better
since switching to Lex.
