Anthony….another day.
Hey there,
Yeah had a pretty good Tgiving. Ate too much but what else is new?!
Do that every year it seems. So nice when someone else cooks! We
split the holidays up…mine is Easter.
Anyway, you mentioned if I had muscle tension elsewhere.
Yeah…back of my neck lately and between the shoulder blades.
Never thought about it being anxiety since that isn’t really
something I have ever had to deal with. My problems lie in PMS
related symptoms…sorry but true…that goes along with being a
chick I guess. I can relate to the depression though, been there and
hated it. I still have the mood swings before and during the
monthly week. I don’t really think the Lex is handling it as well
as the Celexa did either. I get really easily agitated during that
time…pissy mood swings. I could NEVER manage it again without the
meds and if I did try I would imagine I would be divorced. I don’t
think he could deal with it anymore. Anyway, enough about that.
I think I will try your tennis ball idea and see if it helps. Know
there is one around here some place. Thanks for the hint….
Take care and keep in touch.

I’m no doctor, but I know that some symptoms of fibromyalgia are muscle pains-especially b/w the shoulder blades and neck.
