Problems with thinking clearly & socializing?

Does or has anyone else have problems with thinking clearly or socializing & has
Lex helped? I take Lex for mild anxiety, but mainly for depression. It’s
definately helped my anxiety & after 2 months & a jump to 30mg it’s finally
starting to help with my depression. I also have trouble thinking clearly like
grasping for words or names that I already kow quite well & making conversation,
but not really due to anxiety. I only sleep 3hrs on work nights 5days a wk which
is big factor, but I definately think there’s more going on & I’m just curious
if anyone else has had similar symptoms as these & been helped by Lex or another
med.
