Update on Dog trial:
For anyone that does not know .i’m being charged with “Barking Dog”
by my dog hating neighbor .I had 25 names from neighbors saying my
dogs are not a nuisence and only out to go to the bathroom
Kevin up the road already said he would testify on thursday for
me .I
went to Bob,who lives on the other side tonight and told him the
judge would not accept the 25 names and he said I could count on him
and his wife both being there to testify Thursday.
Doug offered to Testify even before I knew would need anyone to
actually go to court .He is still going to. Plus my mom is gonna come
over .She saw when Mae tapped on her windows then held up the tape
recorder.
Every single person I asked .. either to sign there name or testify
has said yes .
I can’t believe i’m crying just because it feels so good that people
care . Bob said ” Darlin your a good neighbor and this is just plain
wrong.Mae has gone too far this time ,you can count on us to be there
and back you up .”
I know Doug will have to take time off work but he said he will do
that.Same with Kevin .
I believe with all my heart that there is a force of good in this
world.We hear about all the bad, but there are good people willing to
lose pay to help someone .I’ll have to try to make it up to them even
if i lose .The lawyer was gonna supoena them and I said no I’ll just
ask them .
My physiotherapist thought it was remarkable when I had only one
person willing to testify , cause when she was having a custody fight
she could not get people to go to court .
Even animal control is testifying o my side and the 2 statements that
didn’t get lost with everything else is in my favor too .
Mae still has not produced ANY evidence to prove what she said on her
statement.
anyway just wanted to tell someone.

It truly is nice to hear youhave all those people going to bat for you!!! But what a horrible neighbor you have to take it as far as court especially since it seems like it(the barking ) is a figment of there imagination. I will be rooting for you to when I was a kid my dogs really did bark and all my dad did was start taking them out at a different hour he used to take them out before going to work at 2 - 3 am. Our neighbors just asked us to change the time we took them out and the problem was solved.

Feel free to vent your little heart away in here. We stand not in
judgement. I have always been a dog lover and my 7-1/2 year old
German Shepherd had to get put down a little over a year ago from
uncontrolable seizures… fight for that doggie, girl…

especially since it seems like it(the barking ) is a figment of there
imagination.
Speaking of nasty neighbors, we live ina deed restricted community
and I had several VERY large eucalyptus trees taken down (over 100′
tall each) and had one company down them and another come 1-1/2 weeks
later and clear them. During that 1-1/2 weeks I got a threat letter
from the homeowner’s association lawyer threatening me with a lawsuit
if I didn’t have them cleared in a week. Why would people rather
bitch and punish rather then ask…. what a world.
