anyone out there 4 whom buspar has helped w/ clenching? any new research
?
this hurts and will be $$$$.

I feel pretty good. I thought it felt like it helped ever so
slightly to take the edge off today (I know it’s still just day 1).
But I’m excited about it getting even better. I’ll update in afew
more days to say how I feel.

I take Ativan with Lexapro on an as-needed basis and it works great for me.
Unfortunately, there are many situations in which Lexapro isn’t enough for
my anxiety. That’s where the Ativan comes in… Maybe you had just taken
too much the last time…? You may only need a real small amount. *shrugs*

hello, just started taking lex 3 days ago not feeling it yet
diagnosed w/ depression anxiety but think i need something for ocd.
Lex is an ssri like zoloft which is prescribed for ocd, i have
moerate case does not really effect my routine where i cannot
function so does it help for ocd anybody know? thnaks
Hi…My name is Kristin. I’m 24 and I take Lexapro 10 mgs in the am.
I have Bipolar so i take Depakote 250 mgs 2xs a day and Seropuel 25
mgs at night.
I have had a very positive experience so far with Lexapro. I have
been on it for about 3 weeks! The only side effect i have noticed is
I get drowsy about an hr after I take it. I took Zoloft for about 2
wks and absolutely hated it!!!! It made me have panick attacks and
feel terrible. This has totally helped!
I look forward to more posts and I am glad there are groups like this
out there for those of us who must deal with taking meds!

I was wondering how for example,Xanax or Ativan works with Lexapro or
any SSrI for that matter. I may be flying in April and will need
something to calm me down….Is Lexapro good for that? Or will I need
something else?
I have a history of Panic attacks….The antide’s help a little
but not much.
I did use Ativan once when I flew but felt lousy for a day or two
after.This was before I took any antide.

Hi Everyone
I just have a question.
I started lex 9 days ago.
I have had no side effects at all except decrease in libido which
seems to be returning now (im hopeful)..
my question is that the med started working for me after 3 days and
today I noticed at work for 1/2 hour or so it stopped working..
In your guys’ opinion.. if the med worked so quickly.. is it actually
still adjusting… or does this mean that my body tolerates it highly
and I need to be on a higher dose.
I have been on Celexa in the past 30mgs which was absolutely amazing
for anxiety/depression but whiped out my libido entirely and I
couldnt live with that.
Any suggestions for this novice user?

I have been taking 20mg for 5 days now, up from 10mg for the last
three months. It worked really well at first, then it just stopped
working and my anxiety slowly worked its way back into daily life. I
feel noticebly more tired and spaced out than usual, I’m hoping that
will go away. And these “vivid dreams” just get more vivid and scary,
kind of nightmarish. Last night I had a nightmare my brother died,
and the night before I had a horror dream about my ex-girlfriend. I
am taking this for anxiety, can’t you tell??!!!
Hi All,
I’m just starting on this medication. I have constant anxiety and
panic attacks, and mild to moderate depression. Both have been
pretty bad over the last month, but were bothering me for over a year
before I went to see my doctor about. One thing that I’m worried
about, is that I tend to get high anxiety and panics especially with
medication (a fear I guess), so I am sort of worried about the side
effects of Lex. Can anyone give me their comments or experiences.
