THE BEST WHOLE VITAMIN IN THE WORLD!

Wednesday, January 25th, 2006

Would you like to take a vitamin that nutritionally support the
entire body! Unlike almost every vitamin company in the world today,
we use only the highest grade Whole Vitamins ( direct from fruits
and vegetables, not synthetic ), Chelated Minerals ( most absorbable
for the body to be able to utilize )
The biggest danger we all face today is our diet! The way most of us
eat today will result in major health problems for us down the road.
Don’t agree? Think about what you ate yesterday and ask yourself how
much of it was fresh fruits and vegetables? How much of it was fresh
fish or fresh nuts? Most of what you ate yesterday, of you are like
most people, was processed food filled with bad fats, synthetic
vitamins, processed sugars, which all play a major role in obesity,
one of our biggest problems today. In fact, most of us are fat so
when we see someone who is of normal weight, we call them skinny.
Not only are we all eating to much, we are eating food that is
missing the critical nutrition our bodies need to create hormones,
regulate the systems, develop and maintain all of our vital organs,
etc.. The result is that more people are killing themselves by
developing heart diesease, cancer, diabetes, and more because we
have been brainwashed to believe fast food and processed foods that
can sit on our shelves for years are healthy for the body. Most
people have no idea the body looks at synthetic vitamins vrs whole
vitamins completely different. The best way to desrcibe a synthetic
vitamin is to compare it to a car with no seats, no gas, and no
engine. The car is not really a car and does accomplish what you
need in a car. Same thing with a synthetic vitamin, it’s missing a
bunch of parts that the body needs in order to utilize that vitamin.
When you get your vitamin from whole foods like fresh fruits and
vegatables, the vitamin has all the other parts attached. Synthetic
vitamins are cheap vitamins made in a lab that lack all the
important components that make up a true vitamin. We are telling you
this because that is just one of the reasons our vitamin is so
amazing! We use only whole vitamins directly from fruits and
vegatables, and it gets 20 times better!

I need advice-clarification

Wednesday, January 25th, 2006

I initially had a headache, stomach problems, blurred vision too but
the sleepiness has really persisted. I would stick it out but I
need to be able to function at work. I am starting to sleep better
baring the one bad accident I mentioned. Has anyone had the sleepy
side effect for three weeks or more and then felt good after?

I need advice

Tuesday, January 24th, 2006

I have been on Lexpro now for about five weeks. I have been at 10
mg now for a little over 3 weeks. It seems to control my anxienty
but I am horribly sleeply on it. I can sleep 8 hours and still not
wake up easily and very sleepy during the day. I never had this
sleepiness before. I got on it for panic attacks and a sleep
disorder where I would wake up 3-6 times a night. I still wake up
at least 3 times a night although I am sleeping better….except for
the crazy dreams. I did have a bad head injury one morning getting
up as I was still asleep and took a bad fall but have since
reovered. I really don’t think it is working. I thought it might
be working when I was at a lower dose of about 7 mg at first because
my mood was good and I was laughing a lot and less sleepy. Ok, my
querstions: do I go another week or two at 10 mg or cut back
thinking I am at too high a does or switch to another kind of
antidepressant? Please give me your suggestions.

your thoughts ?

Sunday, January 22nd, 2006

Would love to hear your thoughts on this.
When I told my doctor that anxiety and depression had returned
during a stressful period he said that the body reacting to stress
is good and normal.
But are anxiety and depression ever that ?

Does Lexapro cause weight gain? fact or fiction

Sunday, January 22nd, 2006

I have been researching lexapro for about two years now and want to
find out the true answer, whether or not lexapro causes weight
gain ? The manufacturer says “no important weight changes” but I
have read so many stories about weight gain. Now, I understand that
someone who is not able to eat due to depression and anxiety, will
feel better on the lexapro and start to eat again and gain weight.
What happens to a person who over eats before starting the medication
due to depression or anxiety ?
Thanks you
Sharon

Alison/Dopamine

Sunday, January 22nd, 2006

Hi Alison,
There is no harm in trying the Seroquel. Meds work different in all
people. I know others who take seroquel and they swear by it.
Your sister takes it for a completely different reason. With her
problems she should be on more than just seroquel.
I am hoping you read what I sent you as it will explain that higher
levels of dopamine can cause anxiety.
You should really try it. If it works the way your pdoc wants, it
should even out everything. If you start feeling uncomfortable for
any reason you can stop taking it. Remember you are still in charge
of what you put into your body. There is no reason I can think of
that would prevent you from just trying it. You may be pleasantly
surprised. And remember it is only a temporary thing.
Hey, all this is coming from someone who has a phobia about taking
meds completely. But….they have helped with that too. :) Think about what I have said, ok.
