New to group…questions

I have been on effexor for 10 years and lately have been having lots
of anxiety. My doctor wants me to take kolonopin - which I am
reluctant to do. I have heard that lexapro is helpful with anxiety
symptoms and would like to ask if any of you have experience with how
lexapro has helped in this area. Thanks for any information.

    Duh, just realised this *is* the Lex group. Thought this was to the Effexor
    group. :-/
    I think your Effexor is playing mind games with ya. You have mentioned it before
    that this is a Lex group, if you dont take Lexapro, may I ask why you’re here??
