All about Lexapro

Hi,
This is my 9th day on Lex and I’m feeling better.
I don’t get as tired or dizzy and I can eat now.
I actually felt kinda happy yesterday and had tons of energy.
Now I will probably gain weight. I’m also obsessed with that.
I have been eating protien bars and drinks for snacks.
Luna Nutz over Chocalte is a good one and the Pria shakes are OK.
Will my doctor think I’m crazy if I ask for xanax. I don’t even know
how to pronounce it. I’m seeing a GYN, not sure if he really
understands my crazy moods! I see him next Mon. and i don’t know what
to say. I also want to ask him to give me RX for 90 at 20 mils so I
can get them cheaper online. I only take 10 right now but I can cut
them in half and save money. I hate talking to Docs, they make you
feel so stupid.

HI group
I have been on lex for 10 mo. doing fine till then. and recently dr.
increased to 15mg. still doing ok . But this last week has been awful
I have anxiety all day. I took 1/2 a klonopin to get relief. Don’t
really want to go back to increase lexapro. because it seems it’s not
working.
any suggestions

I’m thinking about doing this, it is so much cheaper.
I don’t believe the crap that the drugs are not quality.
I would not order from certian other countries.
I need to check if my ins. will still pay their half if I do it.

I was taking 10 mg for a week. Its what my doctor started me on. It
worked great for me! Very minimal side effects. Nothing I couldnt
handle. And lots of great effects! But after about a week and a half,
I noticed that the 10 mg didnt seem to help me anymore. Its as if I
got so used to it, that I might as well have been swallowing a
tic-tac. I went back to feeling anxious and such. I would like to try
a higher dosage. How do I go about this? Should I just call my doctor,
and explain what has happened? And see if this qualifies me to up my
dose? I feel anxious and shy about calling her and asking. I know it
sounds really stupid, but I get super shy about calling people on the
phone unless its a very best friend or something. I feel very anxious
about calling up my doctor, even though she is very nice. Im just a
dork like that. I even get nervous having to call up a pizza place to
order a pizza. So what should I say to her? How do I know if I even
qualify for a higher dose?

hi all i am having a terrible time with anxiety tonight nothing to bad
but my heart races and i feel like i want to jump out of my skin and i
am just plain anxious about something yes my mom lost her job that
could play a role and i may have to move but i dont know if tht has or
had anything too do with how i feel now and besides that i cant
laydown to night if i tried too any ideas that help ?? Laurie
