Pill-Splitter

Has anyone else found it hard to split the 10 mg. tablet up? I have attempted
this the past 2 days but I’ve given up and taken the whole tablet.
I had thought maybe I’d divide it up or something. I’m thinking of switching to
night time because it’s a little sedating. Just a bit.

    yes I have, it crumbles.

    Maybe I’ll try a knife or another brand of splliter….
