Online pharmacies on the rise

Friday, October 27th, 2006

Prescription drug sales online are now on the rise. For consumers,
an online pharmacy can offer as diverse a selection as their local
pharmacy, but with better pricing, no lines, and no hassles. A
neighborhood pharmacy may not be able to refill a prescription
exactly when it’s needed, and almost certainly will have higher
prices. By contrast, some websites can offer prices as much as 75
percent lower than those of a local pharmacist’s price.
For consumers who prefer online prescription sales rather than
driving to the corner pharmacist, a little research can minimize the
risks of online drug purchases. There are online prescription
companies in the U.S. that choose to practice locally or regionally.
The key is finding one that can be trusted to deliver quickly and
safely. These sites usually their patients to submit their medical
history for reviewing.
Visit our online pharmacy at: www.mofakonlinepharmacy.com
We offer great discount; Up to 70% on FDA approved medications.
No Waiting Rooms and your prescription is delivered right at your
doorsteps. Don’t worry you wont miss your local pharmacy one bit!!!

ups and downs?

Thursday, October 26th, 2006

Friends:
I’d like to ask for some feedback if I may on a question.
Once you are on Lex and have started to improve, do up still have
ups and downs?
Can ups and downs be an indication that your doctor needs to
increase the dosage?
My wife has been on Lex for about 5 weeks. She had no results for
almost three weeks. The dose was increase from 10 to 15mgs and she
almost instantly felt back to normal.
Now after two very good weeks of being very happy and energized,
late today she had a major downer and again felt that emptiness
inside and was close to tears.
Are these things you have experienced? Sound like normal recovery?
Any suggestions?
Thanks for your help.

Motivation

Tuesday, October 24th, 2006

I have started taking Lexapro just a few weeks ago. Before that I was
on Cymbalta and that was so horrible. I took that at night and the doc
gave me Wellbutrin 150mg to take in the morning to try to help me wake
up as the Cymbalta made me sooooo tired. I guess that it might have
helped me be less tired, but it killed any motivation that I had.
Since I’ve been on Lexapro my depression is better and I feel a lot
better than I did on Cymbalta but as soon as I take the Wellbutrin and
it has a chance to get into my system in the mornings, I can’t even
get motivated to get dressed let alone shower. The last few days I
have not been taking the Wellbutrin and I am not so “unmotivated”. I
can at least get dressed and do what I need to do but I still feel
kind of zombie like is the best I can describe it…does anyone know
of anything besides the Wellbutrin that could help me “wake up and get
going” in the mornings? I already take 30 mg of Metadate for ADHD in
the mornings…

Anxiety and Lex

Tuesday, October 24th, 2006

I’ve noticed one thing; I almost never have to take a Klonopin now for
anxiety. Sometimes I take one late at night.
I am cool as a cucumber on Lex, no anxiety.

Then Again…re: weight gain

Monday, October 23rd, 2006

Then again, if weight gain is truly causing you alarm and interfering
with your ability to feel better…and making you feel worse, perhaps
it’s time to speak with your doctor(s) and see what they have to say…
Good Luck…!

Lexapro and Weight Gain/Side Effects

Monday, October 23rd, 2006

The only reason I’ve gained weight on this medication (lexapro) is
because I’ve been eating like a horse - period! I believe the reason I
I didn’t gain any weight on paxil or the many other antidepressants
I’ve taken, is because they didn’t work and when I’m depressed and/or
suffering with panic/anxiety attacks/disorder, I don’t eat as much, if
at all, as when I’m happy and not anxious etc. I’m losing weight now,
because I’m not eating nearly as much or often and I’m eating healthier
things.
Not to mention, I don’t eat past 6p.m. - except on occasion and I’m
acutally motivated to “do” things that take energy. I, too am in my
forties and can tell if I’m gaining weight when the snaps on my jeans
pop open when I sit down or sneeze lol…I’ve stopped weighing myself
so often as I don’t want to develop another OCD, i.e. constantly
thinking about my weight ;). I’m much happier feeling happy than
worrying about gaining weight and the side effects of lexapro –
today. Doesn’t mean, however, when I started taking Lexapro that I
didn’t have problems - but it does mean that giving this medication a
good chance of working and weathering all the side effects (which
weren’t fun) were worth every minute of the end result - which was, to
keep it real simple - happiness. I haven’t lost any hair - yet and
nothing “major” has happened to me in terms of side effects that was
impossible to “live” through…
Writing down how you feel every night helped me. Don’t forge to date
and time the pages so you can see results and know how much time has
passed on medication. Like anything else, this is a choice and only
you can make it…
Good Luck - You’ll be fine - One Day at A Time…
