put me on Wellbutrin.I used to take it yrs. ago but not sure why I quit. It
might have been because I had trouble sleeping at night, not sure. I do know

I have been having some memory lapses and have to think harder
sometimes. Could be that age thing too!

Greetings all,
It has been quite a few weeks since I posted.
I have been on for about 3.5 months and I thought I should share my
experiences. Hopefully some would find this helpful.
Overall, I am feeling great. I feel like I did when I was in my teens!
The sweats under exertion has subsided a little-but not completely. I
find myself not getting anxious during confrontation. The med was
prescribed for depression, but I could definitely see how others us it
for anxiety.
The dreams are just a vivid as when I was a little boy. Not
nightmares, but extremeyl vivid and able to dream one theme to the
next. On the plus side, I wake up well rested. Better REM-sleep? I
do notice that I must force myself to get up or I can really see how
people feel like sleeping all day. I take mine in the morning, then
breaksfast, then coffee. Works well.
For what it is worth, my hair does not fall out on my pillow in the
morning, or when combing it. Maybe I was that anxious and didn’t
know it??? Interesting. Any of you guys notice the same thing with
your hair??
No weight gain or weight loss. I weighlift regularly. No joint
pain. No muscle aches. I notice that my traps and neck feel tighter,
but nothing major.
Overall things are going well. For those of you who just started.
Try to tough it out for at least three months. Things are better and
better.

“Alzheimer’s Disease” is the term used to describe a dementing
disorder marked by certain brain changes, regardless of the age of
onset. IT’S NOT A NORMAL PART OF AGING !

I am working with my rheumatologist again.(the one who diagnosed me with DDD
and fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome). I am taking Lexapro for mild
depression(never nothing major since my divorce).
I was taking 10 mgs.,then 20mgs.(through another Dr. who no longer practices
anymore)
Anyway, last month this dr. said to up it to 30 mgs. and if my pain is not
better, we will try Wellbutrin again.(I did a long time ago but I can’t
remember if it worked,if I remember correctly it kept me awake at night,I do
have chronic fatigue syndrome so I would like to be more alert during the
day but not at night.)
The thing is….I know what I need to get more pain relief. But I am just
playing the game’.(I have been taking the same dosage of Vicodin since
1997(5/500mgs.)I do take a muscle relaxer too.The thing is, I need a
stronger or longer acting Vicodin.

Can anyone tell me if they get headaches and how long does this go on
for? Also, I am taking quite a bit of Advil to counter these
headaches and I really don’t want to go on doing this.
Thanks for sharingX!
