sleep problems-thanks! :)
I just wanted to thank those of you who responded to my post about
sleep problems. I read the posts and they were helpful, but I didn’t
respond because I had another dip in my mood and was doing the whole
withdrawing thing.
I really love my Ambien right now, since it’s working great. I’m glad
it’s not addictive since I’m using it so much right now. I hope I’ll
eventually not need it. But at the moment it’s the only thing that
makes me stop worrying enough to fall asleep.
And oh my gosh do I love Wellbutrin! I was worried that the first few
days of increased energy was just me hoping that it would work, but
wow my energy is much closer to my normal than it’s been in ages! It
seems to be working fine with the Lexapro. And it makes it that much
easier to try to sleep at night because I’m not struggling with
sleeping during the day as much.
Oh, and I inherited a cat and that makes me happy, too. And it forces
me to keep some sort of schedule so that kitty will get fed and have
play time and stuff. So yay for kitties!
Thanks again,

Jen, I believe Ambien is addictive. I had taken Ambien for a year and when
trying to come off I experienced a nightmare. I finally struggled through it
and changed to Trazadone.
Any medications you take for sleep, can be very addictive. I don’t mean to
scare you but this is my thought and experience.
Thanks,
Suzi

go go cat people. I love cats too as they seem to have
terry
a calming affect on people (well, those who love cats
anyway). too bad we can’t bottle, capsulize, or make
into a pill that cat calming affect then we wouldn’t
need Lex.
meow for now
