Hi, I was put on zyprexa 10 days ago after a bad stress time, but am
stopping because of potenial side-effects (and would rather be on less
drugs than more). Does lexapro have mood-stabalizing effects at higher
doses? I went from 10 to 20mg 10 days ago.

I have been using celexa last 3 years, after got toleration to
this drug my doc change it to lexapro
today I found out that the reason of most depression problems
comes from glucose intolerence and pre-diabetes some times
food alergies…
and all of these depression drugs make worse glucose tolerance
so is anybody had hypoglycemia or diabetes or gucose intolerence
problem before starting ssri ? if yes consult your doc.

I contacted the owner some time back about setting the group to
moderate posts by new members but have not heard back from her. All I
can do is wait for her to respond and clean up after the spammers. I
can ban someone that is no longer a member. In other words if there’s
a drive by spamming and the person is only a member long enough to
post their spam and leaves there is little I can do other than delete
the posts. If the person is still a member I set them to not being
able to post or upload files. Oh… I also set them to individual
email from the group. 
If you’re receiving posts by email I can’t
prevent them from ending up in your mailbox.
As far as the spam goes the best thing to do is ignore it until I can
get to it. By replying to spam all the person is doing is cluttering
up the board….in essence that person is also spamming. Replying to
spam is a waste of time and will seldom if ever get a response. Most
of the time the spammer is no longer even in the group and they
certainly don’t come back to see the results, if any, of their spamming.
To those that didn’t seem to know who the mod was might I make a
suggestion? When joining a group you might want to look at the
owner/moderator list and become familiar with who’s who. 
Now I have to go through and get rid of all the posts about spam. :-/

SINCE I STARTED. THE ONLY SIDE AFFECT I DONT LIKE SEEMS TO BE MY S%X
DRIVE. THERE IS NONE. DOES ANYONE ELSE HAVE THIS PROBLEM? IF SO HOW DO
YOU OVERCOME IT? I MADE AN APPT WITH MY DR FOR FRIDAY TO MAYBE CHANGE
MEDS OR SOMETHING.

Lexapro and how many mgs? Do you like it ? Does it help you?
Is it addictive? Is it hard to go off? Thanks for all the help! I
take it before bed. Is there many that is on Lexapro with weight

Sorry I’ve been AWOL for a bit. I had carpal tunnel surgery Thursday morning and
was able to finally remove the dressing today. And I can type!!!

Yeah, I’m still on the food kick. If I drop too much weight they’ll
have to take me off the Wellbutrin and I don’t want to do that.
Does anyone have any suggestions for food high in nutrients but also
high in fat and calories? Like I think avocado is one… So I’ve been
getting a lot of avocado rolls at the sushi place. But I’m much better at picking out junk food high in fat and calories.
(There’s this one Entamens (sp?) cake that is to die for!)

I’ll give a post. :o) I’m on day 15 of Lexapro and can’t beat the
tiredness. I don’t want to stop taking it until I’ve given it it’s full 6
weeks though because sometimes it takes that long. My question is this: is
there anyone else who had this side effect and did it go away? I can’t be
this tired anymore!
