I don't know what dosage you're taking, but for example if you're taking 20mg, then cut back to 15mg. or 10mg for a few weeks. If you're taking 10mg, then cut back to 5mg for a few weeks. Then cut back to 2.5mg for a few weeks. It may seem like being overly cautious, but I just think it's easier on our bodies if we cut back on any drugs gradually, especially one like this that has troublesome withdrawal symptoms.
